• Free Loaner PC. If you require an emergency PC while we're fixing your PC, we'll loan you one for free (if we have one in stock that matches your requirements).

• Don't Lose Your Data. If the data on your troubled PC is accessible, we'll make a backup before we attempt to fix your PC. Later, we'll put your data back if you need them.
